I don't own one, but I've shot the RAMI. CZ builds a good pistol. In my opinion though, you're not comparing apples to apples atleast not across the board. The Bersa is definitely a cheaper pistol, the RAMI is on another level. As for the XD, you're comparing a straight double action striker fired gun to a single-action/double-action and they're just not the same. I think the XD is a great pistol, but for me it's hard to compare it to a gun like the XD to the RAMI. The XD is going to have the same trigger from the first pull to the last. The RAMI can be operated in a DA mode for the first round, or you can pull the hammer back and run it SA the whole time, etc. Hope that makes sense.
If you're fan of Glocks and similar striker fired pistols, the XD is a solid gun. The RAMI belongs in a different group and is a great gun in it's own right. All depends on what you're looking for in terms of features. Do you want a Glock type pistol with just a trigger safety or do you want a more classic double action pistol with a thumb safety and a hammer that you can pull back. :) I'm actually eyeballing one of the CZ target models at the moment as my next pistol purchase.
