Cheffed up about 300lbs of meat Sunday for a friend of ours' birthday/graduation party. 24 slabs of ribs, 130lbs of chicken, 40 lbs of sausage, and 50 lbs of potatos. 11 q's, 6 of us (the BBQ Team), and a whole lot of smoke. Everything went as planned, we started taking meat off the grills at 2pm, and didn't stop until 6pm. Timing, as well as flavor and tenderness, was perfect.

Yah, but it wasn't too bad. Our BBQ team is working like a well oiled machine at this point, and things move along pretty smoothly. We were all definately tired by the end of the day though. We're happy we can do things like that for our friends.

Ahhhh Man do you have to tease us like that. You have my mouth watering. Sounds like a lot of good friends and a good time had.
