Best Elk Load?

Looking for suggestions for the best elk load, projectile and and powder amount. Expect to use 777 as I have for deer. Use 100gr and 240 sabots for deer. Need reccomendation for elk in CO. I know I'll have to switch from 50gr. pellets to loose powder.

I have been using a 348 Powerbelt and 90 grains of Pyrodex.i used to shoot Hornady Great Plains bullets,but I get a little better accuracy out of the Powerbelts.
Next year I will be hunting cow elk in Colorado and for the cows ,I will be using a Powerbelt 295 aero tip and 90 grains 777 .
I also havebeen playing withthe Great Plains bullets with the MMP Sub base and getting pretty good accuracy.
