Somewere between 90-100 grains of Triple 7 powder and a 295 Powerbelt bullet with Winchester 209 primer. This should give you some good accuracy.Swab the bore between shots usually gets you a little better consistent groups.

I've used Omega's, but similar load...
90gr. 777 with a Speer hollowpoint or a Traditions poly-tip. The Speers are 260's, and I don't think they make them anymore. The Traditions are 245's. Both will ruin a deer's day with authority.
The Omega also shoots fairly well at 120gr. of 777, so you may want to try that realm of charge weights if you're looking for more snort from the rifle. 90gr. is downright pleasant to shoot, with very little recoil or report, comparatively speaking.

It used to be that Federal 209 primers were the hottest on the market. I've used them in muzzleloaders since about 1980 and have never had a problem. I was shooting a .58 caliber until recently and now have a .50 cal Wolf and will continue to use Federal primers.
Other primers may indeed be cleaner or more better for black powder usage - if it aint broke...
I'll say "ditto" to the Powerbelts and about 90 gr of powder. Easy loading, easy to get, shoot great. I have 295 and 348 (?) gr hollow points.
You can't run powerbelts "hot" or they'll disintigrate on impact - soft lead.

My Encore shoots the Shockwave and Hornady SSTs the best. My dad shoots a Remington and the Powerbelts shoot the best out of his. I think it's all a matter of which you can shoot better with. When I first sighted in my Encore, I bought enough of the Shockwaves, SSTs, and Powerbelts. I sighted it in with Shockwaves and then tried the SSTs and they shoot almost identical patterns. The Powerbelts however where all over the place. Just try out different kinds and see which one gives you the best results.

With the 295 grain powerbelt, Use 80 grains triple 7 MAX! Anymore and the bullet comes apart on impact when it hits bone.
I like the cci 209s or federal 209s the best.
All these new improved primers for muzzleloaders are a bunch of BS.
If you are going to shoot Powerbelts, Try reading up on them on this site so you can get a feeling of what to expect.
