Recoil Pad Selection.

I have been reading about different recoil pads. The 100 Straight is one I am not familiar with but it sounds good. The pad will go on my Remington 7600 30-06. Any suggestions?

I have a Remington R3 (same as a limbsaver) on my Rem 700, 300wm, and it is great. I have not shot it without the pad though so I do not know the difference. But it hits about as hard as my dad 30-06. So it helps. I myself have never heard of the 100 Straight. I am sure someone on here has.
