Anyone have a favorite way to prepare them . So far we only got one older Ram and used him as breakfast sausage with red and jalepeno peppers. It's too hot to eat without putting in an omellete!!

First brine the loin in water flavorred with purple or red onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar for around 8 to twelve hours. Then either bake or do what I do and smoke them.


Yummy for my tummy!!!!
