Upside down pineapple cake
Melt a cube of butter in your Dutch oven
Sprinkle 4 table spoons of brown sugar over butter
Place pineapple rings in butter and sugar mixture with a mar chino cherry inside each pineapple ring.
Mix up a yellow cake mix according to directions.
Pour cake mix over mixture in Dutch oven.
Put lid on oven and cook using 12 charcoals on top and 8 on the bottom, turning oven every 5 minuets. Cook for about 15 minutes or until brown. Put a plate inside your oven and turn cobbler upside down and the caramel will run over your cake.
