take 2 packs of sausages put them in a large casserole dish lay them so there all side by side non on top of each other, put a can of stewed tomatoes in on top of the sausage cover the dish with aluminum foil, have your oven preheated to 375 farenheit, place them on the bottom rack cook them until they register 169celsius on a meat thermometer, if you dont have one they are alwasys done in one hour but make sure use your better judgement, they should be slightly browned all the way around. you can use chops or steaks in place of the sausages they just have different cooking times.
