Yup beer and food do make a good combination in cooking. I like to use stouts and porters depending on the meat that is used or maby some black beans. I think if you sue a lot of garlic as I do washing it down with a good brew really satifies.. Some good brews I like are Sam Adams, Macquens( Cant rember how its spelled and no I havent touched anything today) Its an Scotch ale verry headdy and really good flavor but not over powering as Guennis. For fish and poultry as always I like either a rhine wint or a good pilsner. Now these are just for cooking with so far. But if you really must , try marinating some good steaks beef or most anything with antlers in some Jim Beam. Two bottles should do it One to do
the marinade and one over ice. As always plz drink responibly and dont get the leprechauns inebriated.
