Just cooked up the recipe for goose breast from the Cabela's website - see left. Made the one with Burgendy wine. Pretty good. I think I would cut down on the soy sauce just a little. One breast was more than enough for two adults. Served it with a little wild rice and fresh-baked bread. Will try that one again.

Sounds great, I hope to try some more of the receipes this fall. I really like the baked fish one with ranch dressing seasoning, sour cream, Mayo & french fried onions. Mmmmmmm. :) All of our waterfowl meat is gone :( I guess we ate too much jerky in the blind this year.
