hey does anyone know of any good but simple recipes that could be made from deerburger?

Good quality deerburger - with beef tallow added - is just like beef. Use it pretty much the same. If you do your own and don't add tallow then you have to be aware that it probably will not form into patties like you want. Flatcoat
