Beer Can Chicken Cooker

Does anybody else think this was the greatest invention ever made? I mean it's easy you can use a grill or your home oven, your favorite alcoholic (or non) beverage. Throw some seasoning on the breast & inject some marinade and they are GREAT! Even an amatuer cook like myself can accomplish this job without messing up.

I have used duck, grouse & pheasant on it so far. The pheasant was great but you need to tie up the legs or they get too dry from the flame.

Hey Brent, our BBQ team won one of those at the first competition. None of us had ever tried one before. So we threw on a chicken, and seasoned it up with the Cajun seasoning that came with it and a beer. Slow cooked it on the big Q, and wouldn't you know it, BAM !, We've got a new Chicken recipe. Personally I thought it was the best chicken I've ever eaten.
