I want to buy my 19 year old a safety harness vest. I have seen several on the internet and the prices vary a lot. I want something easy to put on. Also I think it should have pockets for carrying lots of hunting extras like gloves, deer drag, ammo etc. Are there any that are reversible? I need it soon so any input is appreciated.

Thanks

Check out Cabela's Reversible Hunter Safety System Vest (http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/links/link.jsp?id=0014279931975a&type=product&cmCat=search&returnString=hasJS=true&_D%3AhasJS=+&QueryText=reversable+safety+vest&_DARGS=%2Fcabelas%2Fen%2Fcommon%2Fsearch%2Fsearch-box.jsp.22&N=4887&Ntk=Products&Ntx=mode+matchall&Nty=1&Ntt=reversable+safety+vest&noImage=0&returnPage=search-results1.jsp) . It's reversible for rifle or archery seasons, has a goodly number of good-sized pockets and is reasonably priced. I've never used one, but I've looked closely at this model. When mine gives out, this is the one I will buy.

Hope this helps,

I found them. Now the question is what size to buy. Oh well I guess I will be making another trip to the Store in WV. Bummer :)

Thanks Again

Sorry Airborne, should have included a link. I'd size it the same way as with a jacket or regular vest. The vest should be sized that way. The straps are adjustable, so that part of the rig isn't relative to size as much as check and height will be.
