Anyone got any suggestions for which string silencers to use? I'm going to try my hand at antelope and long shots make it too easy for them to jump the string. I am using the Trantula now, but am wondering if there isn't a better option. The Trantula works pretty good, but I don't want to buy another and find out it's not any better. Anyone with any experience using the beaver hide or Qiviut models, or any other that's good?

I have a set of limb savers on my limbs and two sting leaches on my string, also installed a reguler limb saver on my stabuliser, now my bow is whisper soft.

Darton1-- Thanks for the info. Is that a Sims limb saver you're using? I've heard a lot of good things about their products.

dogdude, I use limbsavers by sims vibration labratories, "puff" string silencers, and that is all i needed to take a pronghorn at 24 yards using a mathews ultra 2, gold tip arrows, and muzzy broadhead. the pronghorn didn't have time to "jump" the string. my arrows travel at 296fps. I use a montana decoy to attract the pronghorns to within bow range. mine I took on sept. 5, 2005. you can view the pic on mathewsinc.com, and look in "who shoots a mathews".
