are the rules going to be the same as last year for this tourney? ( allowing anglers to register the evening before at the Howard Johnson Express in Santee from 5PM until 7PM and launch from any landing Saturday morning with out having to attend the pre tournament meeting. Fishing will start at 6:30AM )

Sign up will be at Black's Camp this year as will the weigh in.
You will be able to leave from Black's Camp when boat number is called by land or water. Tailwaters will be open water.

Does that mean that we have to have Truck and boat at Blacks Camp Sat. morning? Or can we have boat in water and one team mate there for the sign in? Thanks for the help.
