Anyone Have Any Partridge Recipes????

If they are like mourning dove, we just breast them and then take an iron skillet with som butter and sauteed garlic and onions finely diced. We then flip the breasts in and fry them lightly and pour a little italian dressing on the meat when it is cooking. Flip them once or twice and then onto your plate.

My grandma would always make them into a hotdish, I'll get you the recipe once I see her again.

just put a couple slices of old style bacon over them and bake them. when the bacon is done so are the birds. keeps them moist.

This is usually how we did it too roll it up in bacon. yum..
