I am trying my best to find out how to buy Honey Pecan Seasoning. I've been told by Cabela's that I cannot buy this on line nor will anyone help me buy it from a store. I was pretty shocked at the lack of customer service and the lack of service provided to someone who wants to buy their product. I even tried to send an email to customer service and their system rejected it for some reason.
I'm not one to complain, but isn't turning a customer away something of the past? Aren't we a global community and shouldn't products be available to everyone even if they do reside in CA?
I'm hoping that posting on the forum will either get a savvy customer who knows how to buy this seasoning or someone from management who can intervene on the customers behalf. I am really quite shocked at the lack of service, so this was my last resort. Maybe we should blame it on the holidays? I don't know.
