South Texas Deer Season Starts

The South Texas general deer season starts 30 minutes before sunrise tomorrow. That means two and a half months of trophy hunting followed by half a month of meat hunting.

We still got another week to wait for Firearm Deer Hunting in Nebraska. I can't wait, those deer steaks have been in short supply the last 2 months

I spent three hours in the morning and three hours this afternoon and the only thing I saw was a roadrunner. Well there is always tomorrow.

I go to school at the University of Arizona but am from Austin. I can't wait to get home for Thanksgiving and Christmas break to do some real whitetail hunting! Hopefully I will be recieving a Remington 700 SPS Stainless or a Weatherby Vanguard Stainless for Christmas I'm so excited to see what I can drop at the lease this season.
