This season i shot my first bull and i want to do the tenderloin do i do it the traditinal way bar b q sauce and montreal seasonig or is there a better recipe

Rub and suace sounds pretty good to me. However, if it where me, I'd want to try it plain first, just to get an idea of how it tastes before I go muck it up with other flavors that may or may not compliment the meat itself. I have only had moose jerky, and that doesn't taste too much different from any other jerky as far as I could tell. put a piece on the grill at HIGH heat, cook for 3 min per side with salt, pepper and garlic powder, and then see if you want other flavors.
