Any body know what choke should be used when firing 00 buckshot from a 12 guage?

Depends on what you want the shot to do once it leaves the gun. I usually use a modified choke for buckshot, but the only time I actually use buckshot is when I'm still hunting thick swamps so I want a little more open pattern. If you look at the copy for a Pattern Master choke, they advertise a tight, consistant pattern from the product that is a relatively full choke.
I would hazard to say that you don't want to go using a turkey extra-full choke. Just sounds like trouble. Might be best to check the website of the ammo manufacturer for info. If you go looking, post what you find.

Yeah I would recommend the Pattern Master Choke Tubes also. They cost a little more they are well worth it, especially if you hunt bigger birds like ducks and geese that you are going to throw some larger loads in the gun.
