my field tips were shooting dead on. then i switched to my broadheads mx-4 muzzy and they are shooting way off. should i use different broadheads or expandables or sight for my current broadheads?

Every broadhead on the market shoots differently than the field tips. Some get closer than others, but you have to tune for the broadheads you use, not the field tips. I use to buy two sets of broadheads, and sacrifice one for practising. Now I shoot Montec G5's, and they come with practice tips that shoot just like the broadheads because they're the same shape, just not razor sharp.

It depends what you mean by way off. If it is multiple inches, something is out of tune with your bow. How far off and in what direction are they off?

lovestohunt, Did your Muzzy broadheads come with a set of practice blades? I have found the Muzzy practice blades fly exactly where my broadheads fly. Good Luck. Flatcoat

I use the Muzzy 4-blade and if you sight the bow in with the practice blades provided they shoot dead on.
