Many thanks to lovestohunt, who graciously let me try one of his Slick Trick broadheads. I shot it this past weekend, and WOW. My Muzzy heads flew well, but I had three hours invested in trying to tune them to hit same POI as my field points with no luck. I got close, but no cigar.

Screwed on a Slick Trick, and viola! It just worked. Shot at 20, and the field point shaft and Slick Trick shafts were probably an inch apart. Shot at 30, same thing. 40, same thing. 50, maybe 2" apart at most. My aim point was a 3" dot and BOTH shafts were solidly in the black....at 50 yards. Not a hint of wobble in the arrow flight, either. Boy did they slice up my Block, though! =)

So..... I have a new broadhead this year. Thanks, Jess.

No problem buddy. Its a win win win situation for everyone. You found a broadhead that works well with the bow, Slick Trick gets some business, and I win because the more guys who like them means ST keeps making them.

If I remember correctly, I had the same results and Arnie's poi was exactly the same. Just a little micro-adjustment got me right on the same spot as my practice points. After that, it was the same spot all the time.
