Tons of places on this side of the mountians. Drop me a line and ill hook you up. I cant just tell every one in the word were my honey holes are. huffsd@comcast.net..........

I let things slow down in the summer. I like to let the pups drop in May and start back up heavy the end of modern deer season. Not that I have a prob shooting the young ones. I have had too many bullets sent my direction by those BLAZE ORANGE guys. ITS TOO **** HOT ANY WAY.

Besides, its bear season now!!! Wouldnt you rather call in YOGI. I meen look at it this way, your in the woods using a predator call for bear, and call in a Lion, Bobcat, Bear or that stupid yote, either way if its brown, its down... Observing all Wa. State game Regs...

I have given my shot at Bears too with no success though this is only my second year trying. I hunt solo and I like to hunt often so if you are interested in a hunting partener you have a volunteer! I look to gain knowledge from anyone that has something to teach, let me know...

Hey justin, Im down for any thing. Let me check to see what I got going on this weekend. If I can pull it off, would you be interested? The berries are getting real ripe and Ive seen tons of bear sign. My buddy hit one opening weekend. He hit him with a 300 rem ultra. It was nuts, the thing chargrd him. He nailed him with a nosler 180 grain. The bear left a chunk of hair and a pool of blood. 5 of us looked for it for about 5 hours. Its like after 100 yards the hole plugged up with fat or somthing. The blood trail just stopped.
There plenty of them were we go.

Hey JOSH 308,
Can you get access to the Yakima Fireing center? And can you get civilians in. That place has more dogs than Moses lake and Potholes. I called in 4 at one time down by Vernita, but the dogs were on the Military side of the fence.

one more thing, I would probably go with a smaller grain bullet that expands faster when using a mag or ultra-mag, it's already got the power behind it, it just needs to make the hole bigger faster! unless you are taking a 3 or 400 yard shot.

Hey a good idea of a place to hunt is where there are alot of rabbits. If there are alot of rabbits in the area then there are alot of coyotes in that area. Bring a rabbit destress call that will bring them in fast. Also if you know where a pack of 5 or more coyotes are bring some buddies with you and each one bring a coyote howler. This will bring the whole pack in cause they will want to drive the other pack out.

yup, I thought I was the only one to call with buddies. A few different howlers and your set.

I have found that most of the west side dogs dont answer to howls vocaly, but will still come in to check you out.

Me and my buddies will do some different locates, then depending on the time of year, will follow with mating or challange vocals. Might even thow in some sort of rabbit or deer distress. In the late spring we will follow a challange with a pup distress.

To be totaly honest, If I get to choose, Ill pick the east side over the west. I do hunt this side, though. Usualy when I can only get out for a day. I seem to have way better luck over the hill. Just got to put in your time any place you try. Cant win the lottery if you dont buy a ticket........

Im a little computer iliterate. One ofe you guys needs to walk me through the Insert image icon so I can post a bunch of picks. You guys need to post yours.
